WELCOME to Hickman Academy. You have made a great choice for your child’s education. We are a uniform school and our school colors are black and white. Below is the general list of supplies your child will need on the first day of school:

UNIFORM:

Boys – Black pants, white dress shirt or polo with collar, black belt, black shoes

Girls – Black jumper, skirt, or pants, white polo shirt, black shoes, black tights or socks

In the winter, girls and boys may wear a black sweater, boys may also wear a black tie

Hoodies, sweatshirts and t-shirts are not acceptable – all shirts must have a collar

We do allow red or green polos on special occasions

Kindergarten students must bring a complete change of clothes to stay at school, a beach towel/blanket for naptime, hand sanitizer, two boxes of Kleenex, one container of baby wipes for accidents and a smock or long sleeve shirt for art.

Upper grade students will need additional loose-leaf paper and notebooks, a Trapper keeper or 3” binder, blue & red pens, a ruler, calculator, highlighters. Middle school students need to also have a compass, protractor and 12” metric ruler.
